CONNECT THE 5 WOMEN WITHIN Workshop
"Awaken the 5 Women Within" is a holistic journey through five elements and five archetypes—a journey through cyclic nature. This is the final workshop in the series. It is recommended that you first attend all five workshops in which the individual archetypes are awakened. In this workshop, we will connect all five women so that they can finally dance a harmonious circle of awakening and action.
Through the sequence of workshops, you gently yet deeply return to your natural cyclic nature and awaken your inner wisdom.
The workshop includes:
- setting an intention;
- a yoni steam bath with a herbal blend of your choice;
- connecting all five women;
- breathing, dance and self-massage;
- meditation: "Returning Home to the Body".
