AWAKEN THE ALCHEMIST WITHIN Workshop

The awakened Alchemist is expressed when you allow others to care for themselves and permit yourself to rest.
TO BE FULLY EMBODIED WITHIN YOURSELF. Her element is earth and her organ is the spleen.
We will awaken her:
- with the Yoni DIVINE Spa ritual supported by the Golden Divine herbal blend, which will relax the body;
- by learning five exercises that support the lower part of the face;
- by learning facial massage;
- through abdominal breathing;
- through a golden meditation;
- through the sound of the spleen.

We will learn how to make time for ourselves without guilt and
find and create a safe space within that we can return to whenever we need it.
