AWAKEN THE ENCHANTRESS WITHIN Workshop

Awaken the ENCHANTRESS Within is an intimate and holistic workshop dedicated to reconnecting with the body, feelings and inner wisdom. In a safe and supportive space, we move through the element of water into softness and feeling, towards genuine connection with ourselves. At the beginning, each participant chooses an intention that supports her throughout the process.
This is a space where you pause. Where you begin to listen to yourself. Where you remember that you are enough and allow yourself to live your truth.
The workshop includes:
- setting an intention;
- a yoni steam bath with the Azur Divine herbal blend;
- conscious breathing;
- Tao face yoga—exercises for the Enchantress;
- self-massage;
- a sound supporting the kidneys;
- guided meditation.
You are invited into a space where you can pause, reconnect with yourself
and return to your flow.
